No matter what you may like to believe, we all
have mental blocks that can hinder our ability to achieve what we want to. If you choose to ignore them, you will
find that they keep creeping out their heads at all of the wrong times. And this can hold you back from really attracting
the things that you want most in your life.
To really get to the root of them and eliminate them so that you do not have to face setback after setback,
you have to first realize that they are there. And then of course, you have to take action and eliminate them
so that they no longer get in your way.I know.
I talk a lot about action. And most people that teach or write about the law of attraction give very little attention
to using this word. But, that is why most people fail at using the law of attraction.
They are led to believe that they will magically attract
things without any effort at all. Of course, there has
to be an action in order for there to be a result.
Anyways, getting back to your blocks, a common question
is how do you really identify them?
1. Start by taking a look at the areas of your life
that you would like to see improvement in.
These are the areas where your blocks live. If you are facing financial difficulty, then you have financial blocks.
If you are not experiencing the kinds of relationships that you would like, then this is the area where they are.
2. Blocks are created by either limiting beliefs that you have or past experiences that traumatized
you in some way or another. You have
to release those beliefs or that trauma. And by trauma, I don't necessarily mean something horrible or tragic.
It could simply be a huge disappointment you have experienced. Something like having a previous relationship end in
a way that you did not want, or experiencing the lack of money to go somewhere or something like that.
3. In whatever area of your life that you have identified, take a pen and some paper and write
down as many beliefs related to that particular area that come to mind. Don't edit or try to pick out only the limiting ones. Just let them all flow. Let this
go on for as long as you can until you the "flow" stops.
4. Once you feel like you are done, take a look at what you have written down. Circle or identify in any way all of the ones that seem
to be limitations or negative beliefs.
5. These are your blocks. Knowing what they are and how to eliminate them is a ket to using the law of attraction to get fast
results.
